The July Fort Wayne Dancesport Dance is scheduled for Saturday, July 5, 2008, from 8:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum Expo Center, 4000 Parnell Avenue. This is a black-tie optional social dance associated with the USA Dance Fort Wayne Dancesport Championships competition that begins earlier that day. The public is welcome. Music will be provided by professional DJ Jack Meinking, the same DJ who will provide music for the competition. Dancing will be on the same floor competitors use.
