The election of members of the board of directors for Fort Wayne Dancesport (chapter 2046, USA Dance, Inc.) began at the monthly dance, November 11, 2006.
Those members who wish to vote but did not attend the November 11 dance may do so by downloading the official ballot from this web site and mailing the ballot per the instructions on the ballot itself.

In order to view and print the ballot, you must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer (most computers do). If you do not, you may download and install it for free from the Adobe web site.
Instructions from procedures on
election:
- Members over the age of 18 and in good standing (dues are currently paid up) may cast their ballots and place them in the ballot box
- a simple "X" needs to be placed by the name of the person being voted for
- vote for only 5 persons
- place your ballot in an envelope and write your membership number on the outside of the envelope across the seal and body of the envelope
- any person not attending the dance who wishes to cast a ballot may mail said ballot to be received no later than (not merely postmarked by) November 17, 2006 to the chapter secretary: Audrey Hindle, 9518 Shadecreek Place, Fort Wayne, IN 46835-9489.
